I ordered two items from the official website, received an email saying the items were shipped and tracking number was provided. However after several days the shipping info was still not available from the carrier’s website, I reached out mombella through email and got response that they will resend me my order, I asked them to provide me with the updated tracking number but never got any feedback…

I used these when my son was little and wanted to order new ones for my daughter. I got the email that the order was on the way but when I check tracking it says the label wasn’t even created yet. Then I get an email about reviewing it. Review what?!? I haven’t received anything!

bought this for my grandson while he’s teething and he absolutely LOVES IT! When I first ordered , I only bought one this way if he didn’t like it, it wasn’t a waste of time or money (even if they offer returns, life is busy so I wasn’t sure if I’d remember to go through with sending it back) but there’s no regrets with this purchase with the exception that I should’ve ordered more than one to begin with. We take it everywhere with us! I ordered 2 more to keep as backups and also I have a granddaughter that will get one once she’s big enough. Great product!
